    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

    • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

    • ¼ tsp salt

    • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

    • 1 cup granulated sugar

    • 2 large eggs, room temperature

    • 2 tsp vanilla extract

    • ½ cup whole milk, room temperature

    • 3-4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)

    • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream or milk

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • Orange gel food coloring

      1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line your de Buyer Nonstick Muffin/Cupcake Mold with paper liners.

      2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

      3. In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).

      4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

      5. Gradually add the flour mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).

      6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.

      7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

      8. Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.

      1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth (about 2 minutes).

      2. Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating on low speed until combined.

      3. Add heavy cream (or milk) and vanilla extract, then beat on high speed for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.

      4. Add a few drops of food coloring, mixing until you reach your desired shade of orange.

      5. Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, frost them using your de Buyer Reusable Pastry Bag with the star tip.

      6. Optional: Decorate with festive sprinkles or spooky cupcake toppers & enjoy!
