At de Buyer, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges within 45 days of the purchase date.

Use our Returns & Exchanges portal to start your request. - Purchased from another retailer (Amazon, Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table, etc.)?
Please contact the retailer directly for returns.
Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging, in resalable condition.
- Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible
- This policy applies only to purchases made on debuyer-usa.com
You are welcome to inspect your item upon receiving it, but it must remain unused to qualify.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Starting your return or exchange is quick and simple:
- Click Start a Return or Exchange below
- Complete the form in our returns portal
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email
- Pack your item securely and drop it off with the designated carrier
For exchanges, our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps after submission.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Orders that qualified for free shipping will not have outbound shipping deducted
- A $10.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund (covers return shipping)
All returns are inspected upon arrival. de Buyer reserves the right to determine eligibility.
Warranty Claims
