Return and Exchange Policy
At de Buyer, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase date. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a similar item, we are happy to assist.
Eligibility
To make returns as smooth as possible:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging in resalable condition.
- Clearance items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through debuyer-usa.com. Items purchased through our retail partners, please contact them directly for their return policy.
- We invite you to open and inspect your items, but they must remain unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Starting your return or exchange is quick and simple:
- Click the Start a Return or Exchange button on this page and complete the form.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
For exchanges, once your request is submitted, our Customer Service team will provide next steps and help you complete the exchange process.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days after your return is received and inspected.
- If you paid for shipping at checkout, those charges are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- A $10.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.This fee includes the cost of shipping the item to us.
- All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. de Buyer reserves the right to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
