De Buyer US Limited Warranty

At de Buyer, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you purchased a de Buyer product in the United States from us directly or from one of our authorized sellers, we guarantee it will be free from manufacturing defects from the date of your original purchase. The warranty period depends on how and where the product is used—please refer to the chart below for details.

US Warranty

*Lifetime warranties last for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

Who Is Covered

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and applies only to purchases made from de Buyer or an authorized de Buyer seller in the United States. Products bought from unauthorized sellers—including unauthorized websites—are not covered. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the product
  • Negligence or improper care
  • Damage caused by excessive or improper exposure to high heat
  • Issues due to improper at-home seasoning (these can be resolved and we’re happy to provide seasoning guidance and tips)
  • Rust or corrosion

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please submit a warranty claim by filling out the following form and providing all the information needed, such as:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Information on when and where you bought the product
  • Photos of the issue

In some cases, we may ask you to send the product to us. Purchaser pays the return shipping costs to return the product to de Buyer. If eligible under our warranty policy, we will repair or replace the product and de Buyer will pay the return shipping costs to the same address.
