Ingredients

  • 4 beef flank steaks

  • 4 carrots

  • 6 TB neutral oil

  • 1 piece ginger

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 large onion

  • 3 TB soy sauce

  • 1 packet Chinese noodles

  • Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Boil water, add the Chinese noodles, and cook. Drain the noodles and cool them. Place them in a bowl with a drizzle of sesame oil.

  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic, onion, and ginger.

  3. Peel the carrots and cut them into small sticks.

  4. In a wok or deep skillet, heat the sunflower oil. Fry the garlic, onion, and ginger mixture without coloring.

  5. Add the carrots.

  6. Cut the flank steaks into strips and add them to the wok.

  7. Stir-fry together, then add the soy sauce followed by the noodles.

  8. Serve immediately.
