Ingredients
- 4 beef flank steaks
- 4 carrots
- 6 TB neutral oil
- 1 piece ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion
- 3 TB soy sauce
- 1 packet Chinese noodles
- Sesame oil
Directions
- Boil water, add the Chinese noodles, and cook. Drain the noodles and cool them. Place them in a bowl with a drizzle of sesame oil.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic, onion, and ginger.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into small sticks.
- In a wok or deep skillet, heat the sunflower oil. Fry the garlic, onion, and ginger mixture without coloring.
- Add the carrots.
- Cut the flank steaks into strips and add them to the wok.
- Stir-fry together, then add the soy sauce followed by the noodles.
- Serve immediately.
