CERANOA is de Buyer’s ceramic-coated cookware range, created through an eco-conscious design approach. Made with a recycled aluminum body and a sleek ceramic coating, it allows for cooking with little to no fat while delivering smooth release and easy cleanup, crepe after crepe.
The low, gently flared edges are designed for effortless spreading, flipping, and sliding, making it ideal for delicate crepes, pancakes, and tortillas. The forged construction enhances durability and helps maintain even heat distribution across the entire surface for consistent results.
A securely riveted, curved French-style handle offers a comfortable grip and precise control while cooking.
To preserve the ceramic coating and extend the life of the pan, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and hot soapy water.
Compatible with all stovetops. Available in 10.25" and 12" diameters.

- Hand Wash Only: Use a soft sponge with hot, soapy water. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners. Dishwasher use is not recommended.
- Use Gentle Utensils: Avoid metal or sharp-edged utensils. Opt for wood, silicone, or plastic tools to preserve the ceramic coating.
- Avoid Overheating: Do not preheat the pan empty, and avoid using high heat or the induction booster setting.
- Oven Use: Safe for oven use up to 200°C (392°F) for a maximum of 10 minutes. Not broiler safe.
- Storage: Store using the included protective bag to prevent scratches or surface damage.
