We created our re-envisioned baking ware in partnership with "l'Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona" to bring the baking traditions of french masters into kitchens around the world. Perforations within the steel ring are strategically placed to ensure the perfect heat conduction for your pie or tart, revealing golden edges and crisp crusts.

    • Simply prepare your dough as usual, but then chill it in the refrigerator. We recommend overnight, but even just a couple of hours is sufficient. Once the dough is fully chilled, remove it from the refrigerator, roll it out to about 5mm in thickness, and use the tart ring to cut it to fit. You’ll have a golden, delicious crust in no time.
