  • Use & Care

    • Your MINERAL B PRO pan comes coated in a layer of beeswax to protect it during transit. Before first use, wash the pan thoroughly with hot water and a scrub brush or sponge to remove all beeswax—no soap needed. Once clean and dry, season your pan by heating it and applying a thin layer of high-smoke point oil (like grapeseed or flaxseed). Heat until the oil begins to smoke lightly, then let it cool. This begins building the natural nonstick patina. After cooking, rinse with hot water, wipe clean, and dry completely. Avoid soap and never put it in the dishwasher. Rub with a light coat of oil before storing. Your pan will darken and perform better with every use.
